We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Generated images exist only in your browser session and are not stored on our servers after generation. Credit balances and dealer codes are retained for as long as your account/code is active. Uploaded source photos are not retained after processing beyond what's required to complete the generation request.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at maxmartin6@icloud.com.
Because our Service uses providers based in the United States (including OpenAI and Stripe), your data may be processed outside your home country. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
The Service is intended for business use by adults (vehicle dealers and their staff) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
